Clement

It's been about 3 weeks...or something like that since Clement came from the village to stay with us, so he could go to see a bone doctor. He's been 'sick' with some problem with his bones for a very very long time, nearly a year I'm thinking. After seeing many doctors in the village and none of them doing anything serious, but giving medicine that doesn't help the problem, we decided it was time he sees a doctor that will actually help him since he wasn't improving.
After a consultation to CoRSU, a rehabilitation center/hospital for specializing in bones and children with deformities, they set a surgery date for a bone biopsy, after an X-ray showed that something is eating at his bone, and his bones look that of an elderly man, yet he's only mid 30's. The biopsy was done last Wednesday and the incision at the base of his spine was healing very well, since I've been doing his dressing changes. Until today. This morning there was some discharge ( I won't give details, they aren't pretty). This evening, Trophi said Clement was in extreme pain and there was more discharge...not a good sign. After a call to Mom, disturbing her work of pedicures with elderly, and a check to see his temperature, sure enough he has a fever meaning an infection in the incision. Bad news. Really bad news, especially since he's in alot of pain.
Trophi made a few phone calls and they've gone off to the doctors. I'm praying that it's not too severe. The incision was looking so good. Until today.

Please be praying for Clement, his wife and 1 year old daughter Abigail are back home in the village and Clement has been sick for a very long time. Your prayers are greatly appreciated, especially at this time when an infection has set into the wound. Thankyou.
