Silver & Asha's Wedding

Well, it's wedding season at Calvary Chapel Kampala! This past weekend, marked the first one and 3 more to come in the next 3 months! Silver & Asha are friends of mine as well as co-workers, as Silver is one of our church security guards. As you go through the photo's you will notice that weddings, are a big event, and included in a wedding are many cultural must-do's.
As Trophimus & I prepare for our wedding on the 20th of August, there are many cultural differences that I never new of, and we are going through. Some of them are wonderful, and very sensible...others quite the opposite! But, God is good, and continues to watch out for us as we take this step in faith. Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare for this special day in our lives...and know you are most certainly welcome...unfortunately we can't mail out invitations to everyone, so consider this one yours!!
